Why does my candle have crystallization?

Soy wax crystallization, also known as frosting, is a natural effect that occurs when soy wax cools and hardens.

It's caused by the wax forming tiny crystals on its surface as it returns to its natural state.

Frosting can appear as a white crystal coating on the top or sides of the wax, and it looks similar to frost on a window. Crystallization doesn't affect the candles performance.

Why is my candle not burning correctly?

Soy candle wax has a memory, so the next time you burn a candle, it will melt as far as it did the first time. We recommend burning your candle for 2-3hrs max.

What else do we need to know about soy wax candles?

Candle care is very important! The first time you burn a candle, make sure to allow the melted wax to reach the edges of the container before extinguishing it. This makes sure your candle will burn properly throughout its life. Trim your candle wicks to .25 inches before every burn to keep the flame consistent. Most importantly, keep your burning candle out of reach from kids and pets and never leave burning candles unattended!
